Our GOL Community
Generation of Leaders brings together youth across the African diaspora to explore identity, build leadership skills, and create meaningful social impact.
Giving Back
As part of our commitment to social change, a portion of proceeds from BRINGI is reinvested into Generation of Leaders. Every few years, GOL delivers a focused initiative rooted in creativity, social action, and community dialogue. Our most recent project, Young, African & Climate Justice (2023–2024), brought together youth across the diaspora to reflect on climate justice through an African-centred lens, resulting in a report, docuseries, and cross-continental conversations.
Our next youth-led project is currently in development for 2026/2027. We invite you to stay connected, support the movement, and contribute to building the next generation of visionary leaders.

Impact Rooted in Community
Generation of Leaders (GOL) is the social impact arm of BRINGI. GOL is committed to cultivating the next generation of African changemakers. Grounded in community education and cultural empowerment, we create opportunities for young people to explore their identities, develop leadership skills, and take action on the social issues shaping their lives.
